Project Overview
An oil and gas operations team needed stronger training outcomes for permit-to-work, lockout-tagout, confined-space, and emergency drill procedures. Existing programs communicated the rules, but they did not create enough realistic pressure or competency evidence for hazardous field work.
HapzXR delivered immersive oil and gas training modules that required crews to execute safety-critical steps in sequence, respond to abnormal conditions, and coordinate role-based decisions during PTW, isolation, and emergency scenarios. Supervisors used assessment outputs to spot recurring mistakes, assign retraining, and improve audit readiness.
The project improved procedural discipline, strengthened emergency preparedness, and gave HSE leaders clearer evidence of who was ready for live operations.
