Construction Site PPE Training in VR
How construction teams use our PPE module: approve the site request, then choose and put on the right PPE before entering the work zone.
This is a use case: how one of our modules fits this industry. It is not a client project, and the module is ready to demo today.
- Module
- PPE Selection and Inspection (Safety Library)
- Industry
- Construction
- Headset
- Meta Quest 3 or 3S
- Plans
- In every Safety Library plan, from $179 a month
The risk
What a worker wears into the work zone is decided before they get there. In VR, they choose and put on the kit themselves, and find out straight away what they missed.
What the trainee does
- Start with a short tutorial on using the headset and controllers.
- Approve the site request on a phone on the desk.
- Choose the required PPE from the locker, such as the high-visibility vest, harness and hard hat, and put it on.
- Items that are not needed are flagged. The trainee moves on to the site activity only once all the required PPE is on.
Fit it to your site
Use the module as it is in any Safety Library plan, or have it fitted to your equipment, layouts and procedures from $2,500. Most sessions finish within 8 to 20 minutes.
