What the trainee does

  1. Confirm the machine: conveyor CV01, and find every energy source feeding it, the electrical isolator E01 and the compressed-air isolator P01.
  2. Tell the machine operator before you start.
  3. Switch E01 off and close P01.
  4. Apply your own lock and tag at each isolation point.
  5. Control the stored energy: release the air and check the pressure gauge.
  6. Try to start the conveyor to prove it is dead, then complete the safe-to-work checklist.
  7. Do the service task.
  8. Clear people from the area, remove only your own lock and tag, restore power and air, and restart.

Every attempt is scored, and the errors show on your dashboard.

The scene

A conveyor line, CV01, fed by an electrical isolator and a compressed-air supply. Trainees find every energy source, tell the operator, isolate both, apply their own lock and tag, prove the conveyor is dead, do the service task, then restore it in the right order.

Do we need our own headsets?

Yes, Meta Quest 3 or 3S. We can help you order and set them up. Clients in India can also rent headsets from us.

Which plans include it?

Any plan. Starter includes one module of your choice, Crew up to three, and Full Library every live module. Plans start from $179 a month.

Can you fit it to our site and procedures?

Yes. We fit a library module to your equipment, layouts and procedures from $2,500.

How long is a session?
