VR Training Lab

A VR training lab at your site.

We set up the whole lab, end to end: modules, headsets and the dashboard, planned around what your people need to train.

What the lab includes

Your training needs

We start from the tasks your people need to get right, and plan the lab around them.

The modules

Ready-made modules from the Safety Library, new modules built from your procedures, or a mix of both.

Headsets

Meta Quest 3 or 3S. Clients in India can rent them from us; anywhere, we help you buy them and set them up.

Charging and storage

A place to charge and keep the headsets, so they are ready for every session.

The dashboard

The inbuilt LMS and analytics dashboard: who trained, the errors on each attempt, and who needs a refresher.

Group sessions

A trainer and up to 10 trainees work in the same scene at the same time and talk over voice chat, as in our roofing program.

Your trainers

We train your trainers to run sessions on their own, then run the first group with them.

How it is set up

  1. Map the training need

One call to agree who needs to train, on which tasks, and the space and Wi-Fi you have.

  2. Choose or build the modules

We pick ready-made modules from the library and build any custom ones from your procedures.

  3. Set up the room

We set up the headsets, the modules and the dashboard, and test them in your room.

  4. Train your trainers

Your trainers learn to run a group and read the results. We run the first group together, then hand over.

What a session looks like

Most sessions finish within 8 to 20 minutes. Trainees work through the task in the headset, every attempt is scored, and the trainer sees the results on the dashboard straight away.
