An industrial equipment manufacturer needed a way to showcase their product line to international buyers without shipping demo units. Static catalogs and 2D renderings failed to communicate the scale, detail, and customization options of their machinery.

HapzXR built a browser-based 3D configurator using WebGL and Three.js that let buyers rotate, zoom, customize finishes, and explore internal components of equipment models in real time. The experience loaded in under 3 seconds and worked on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop.

The configurator was embedded in the manufacturer's website and integrated with their CRM, capturing configuration preferences as qualified lead data. Buyers could also launch a WebAR mode to visualize equipment at scale in their own facility using a phone camera.
